Class Times

All classes start on the hour and last approximately 45 – 60 min.  The first 15-20 minutes of class should be used for joint mobility and warm up.  Also, a Trainer / Coach will be present for all classes to go through the WOD set-up.

*Beginner Basics – Complete joint mobility walk through, guided warm up, and review of one of the nine fundamental CrossFit movements.  Then a guided set-up for the WOD.
