75 Dead Hang Pull Ups for time:
(Bands will be allowed for this movement but NO kipping.)
Every time you get off the Pull up bar,
*Run 50 Meters
20 Push Ups
20 Lunges (10 Alt)
20 Sit Ups

WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
Rest 2 minutes
