25 min of “Skill” work.

WOD:
100 Kettlebell Swings for Time
Every time you drop or hold the Kettlebell for longer than 2sec you must do:
5 Push ups
10 Sit ups
15 Squats
Then pick up the Kettlebell and start again on the number you left off on.
