“Fight Gone Bad”

A classic CrossFit WOD.  This workout is not meant to make someone stronger.  The goal is not to GAIN muscle.  This workout is meant to make the muscles you have work more efficiently, and increase your pound-for-pound strength, without gaining muscle weight. So no, this doesn’t build much bulk, but It will kick your ass.

Also, stick around for the meet and greet lunch, following the WOD. 9am will be the first go around, and another at 11AM.
