Make up WOD

Monday’s workout includes a group run meeting at 8am @ 56815 Chipmunk Trail running 10 miles to the box followed by 150 burpee pull ups FOR TIME. Members who cannot participate in the group WOD, the box will be open at 11am for a scaled version of the WOD. Hope to see you at 8am.

6am class as scheduled.

3 x 5:00 AMRAP
5 deadlifts, 185#/130#
10 burpees
15 squats
Rest 2:00 between cycles.
