Note:  Split Snatch fits right in with constantly varied movements application.  The Snatch is one of two olympic lifts, the other being the clean and clean and jerk.  These lifts train athletes to effectively activate more muscle fibers more rapidly than through any other modality of training.  The exsplosiveness that results from this training is of vital necessity to every sport.  With patience and persistence anyone can learn these movements.
