10 rounds, each for time of:
15 Push-ups
Sprint 60 yards
Rest 60 seconds

The set-up:  Lie flat on your belly, palms on the ground next to the upper chest, and body should be planked.  Push the body (press) off the ground until the elbows lock out then lower body to ground until chest hits the deck.  Complete the 15 push ups and then begin the sprint.  Easy enough!
